Questions
How is Mobility different from Yoga?+
Mobility targets the range of motion in specific joints and muscles. Yoga is a guided flow that also builds balance and strength.
Can Mobility help with aches and pains?+
That is one of the reasons it exists. Tell your coach about any injury before class, and check with your doctor first if you are recovering from something serious.
Do I need any experience?+
No. Mobility is open to beginners and advanced students alike.
