What to expect
A resistance based training class. Each instructor builds the session their own way, so no two weeks look quite the same. Exercises range from fundamental movement patterns like squats and curls, to calisthenics like pushups and bodyweight rows, to plyometrics like box jumps and ball throws, and anything in between.
Who it is for
Anyone looking to become stronger and more athletic. Martial artists get more strength and power behind their technique, and nobody needs fight experience to join.
How it fits your training
DMT Fit builds the engine that Muay Thai runs on. Pair it with Muay Thai or Heavy Bag during the week, and balance it with Mobility or Yoga.
