The last stretch
The gym is a townhouse tucked inside a neighborhood, away from the main road, so the last stretch is where people get turned around. From Kiest Blvd, turn onto Merrifield Rd. Merrifield will feel wrong because it is a long country road, but keep going. You will come to a roundabout, and around the curve you will see a cozy neighborhood. That is us, on Patience Blvd, across the street from Dallas Baptist University (DBU).

Start with Muay Thai Fundamentals, then add Muay Thai, Heavy Bag, DMT Fit, Strength & Stretch, Yoga and Mobility. Kids ages 6 to 12 train in Little Warriors Muay Thai.
